FAQ

1. How long can a stainless steel bottle keep warm?

Generally, a high-quality thermos cup can keep warm (≥60℃) for 6-12 hours at room temperature and keep cold (≤10℃) for 12-24 hours. The specific time varies depending on the capacity, material and ambient temperature.

2. Can a stainless steel bottle be filled with boiling water?

Yes. However, it is recommended to pour a small amount of hot water into it and shake it before pouring it out to improve the insulation effect.

3. Can a stainless steel vacuum bottle be filled with milk, coffee or tea?

Yes, but please note:

Perishable beverages such as milk and soy milk must be consumed within 2 hours.

Coffee and tea may leave pigments or odors, so it is recommended to wash them in time.

4. Can a stainless steel vacuum bottle be frozen in the refrigerator?

No! Freezing may cause the vacuum layer to rupture or the cup body to deform, affecting the insulation performance.

5. Which is better, 304 or 316 stainless steel?

304 stainless steel: food grade stainless steel, good corrosion resistance, suitable for daily use;

316 stainless steel: medical grade stainless steel, more acid and alkali resistant, suitable for acidic drinks (such as juice, carbonated drinks).

6. How to use a newly bought stainless steel bottle?

Before first use, clean the inside and outside with a neutral detergent. Fill it with hot water and let it stand for 10 minutes before pouring it out to remove factory residues.

7. Is it normal for the outer wall of the thermos to heat up?

It is normal if the outer wall is slightly hot when filling with hot water, but the outer wall of a high-quality thermos should basically not heat up.

8. Can a stainless steel vacuum cup hold carbonated drinks?

Not recommended. Carbonated drinks will generate gas pressure, which may cause:

Liquid splashing when opening the lid.

Long-term storage corrodes the inner wall (especially non-316 material);

Accelerated aging of the sealing ring.

9. Is the thermos suitable for juice or acidic drinks?

It is possible in the short term, and it is recommended to drink it within 2 hours. However, long-term storage of acidic drinks (such as lemonade and juice) may corrode the 304 stainless steel liner. It is recommended to choose a 316 material or glass liner thermos cup.

10. How to judge whether the thermos cup is vacuum?

After filling with hot water, touch the cup body and the bottom of the cup. If it is not hot at all, it means that the vacuum layer is intact.

Slight heat may be insufficient vacuum or leakage.
